He's knowledgeable about the car (Mazda 3 in my case) and if he doesn't know an answer, he'll generally hunt it down. He's gone out of his way to make himself available to answer questions and earn my business. And he's respectful of my many little issues and concerns (I'm very much the geeky IT guy, with lots of little questions the average consumer won't ask -- Terry handled them with respect and honesty -- even though in some cases he didn't know the answer right away.) Recommended. More
