What I wasn't sure of was what kind of car would best fit my needs, my wants, and my budget. Greg met with me multiple times and he researched a ton of information for me on several different cars so that I could compare details. I am so appreciative that I was never pushed into a car that I didn't want. He offered his wealth of knowledge and let me make my decision my way. And even after I purchased my beautiful new car, he has helped walk me through how to use a lot of new technologies that I didn't even realize I would be getting into. The used car sales manager gave me a great price for my trade and the finance manager made all the paperwork quick and painless. These guys were Awesome! More

Shop around for the Mazdas you're looking for, but eventually you will pick Germain. Ask for Terry if you can; he is the greatest. More

I was back and forth between leasing and just keeping my current car for a few more year I had been looking at Mazda 6s and 3s for months to no avail. I was back and forth between leasing and just keeping my current car for a few more years. Finally I submitted an internet inquiry to 4 dealers and Sonny was the ONLY one to call me. Went in on a Saturday and probably spent 2-3 hours with him. His goal from the very start was to find the car that fit my needs best and one that was within my price range. This poor guy did maybe 5 write ups of different cars letting me know exactly what I would be getting for how much etc. I was very needy. By the end I still wasn't 100% and needed the "dad approval" so I did not end up signing the paperwork. Sonny was okay with me walking out of there and did not pressure me at all. 100% why I came back two days later and purchased my new car!! (His name is Franklin) The whole process at Germain was quick and easy and every time I had a question through out the next couple of days Sonny was there to answer it. I would definitely recommend Germain Mazda for the excellent service and the non-pushy used car salesman vibe. (You know what I'm talking about) More

Very poor after-the-sale customer service. In April 2016, I bought a 2013 MazdaSpeed3 from Germain Mazda, which we met in Wheeling, WV to sign all the paperwork and exchange the vehicle. I li In April 2016, I bought a 2013 MazdaSpeed3 from Germain Mazda, which we met in Wheeling, WV to sign all the paperwork and exchange the vehicle. I live in PA, but bought the vehicle from an Ohio dealership. The salesman was Greg Welter. When I had everything transferred over in PA and paid all the required fees, the clerk told me that Germain Mazda should not have charged me for anything except for a temporary tag to use until I was able to transfer everything in PA. The Buyer Order listed a “Title Fee” and “Other Fee” of $51 and $24, respectively. Also, the Bank of America Loan Note shows $85.50 for Title, License, Lien and Registration Fees. Only two charges are itemized, the Title for $51.00 and the Tag for $10.50. That does not add up to $85.50, what is missing is a “Other Fee” of $24. I sent an e-mail to Greg Welter requesting that Germain send me a refund check in the amount of $75.00 ($51.00 + $24.00) paid to me. Sonny Sosniak, General Manager, called me on 7/26/2016 to discuss the e-mail I sent to Greg Welter. I explained the situation, and sent all documentation to Mr. Sosniak via e-mail per his request. He assured me he would look into the matter. I have since followed up with 3 e-mails, none of which Mr. Sosniak replied to. The clerk at the Notary Express, who represents the PA DMV, stated that Dealer’s sometimes charge these fees incorrectly. Very dissatisfied with Mr. Sosniak. He did not do his due diligence as he stated he would and he has not responded. I hoped we could settle this quickly and respectfully. More
