This is the third Mazda our family has purchased from this dealership and all three vehicles are still owned by us and have been trouble free. Even though Mike has moved up to new car manager he made time to visit with us while we were at Germaine Mazda. The sale rep Mike connected us with, Carlos, had been with Germaine for 8 years and he answered every question we had and treated us like his family. It was like Mike and Carlos wasn’t just selling us a car they listened to our questions and concerns and gave us answers they didn’t confuse or intimidate us. More

I bought a 2025 CX30 in July. First off they did the title wrong and it has my co-signers name on it and they are blaming the bank saying the bank required it. Spoke to the bank said nope the dealership didn’t have to do it that way. 2nd I paid $1000 extra for the ceramic (that I later found out already came in it) but if you pay the $1000 they will fix ANY chips. Oh ok great! Well a week after I got my car I got a chip. They scheduled to get it fix and then it got canceled. They never called me to reschedule. I called my salesman 3weeks later and he said he’d call me back! Do you think he has yet?!?! NOPE!!! How am I supposed to refer ppl here when after I bought the car I’ve been treated like this. Oh did I mention their title lady hung up on me twice and was supposed to call me too but never did. Come to find out she said “it’s not her job” when she was supposed to have new paperwork sent to me to sign for a new white title. Soooo how do I recommend ppl? After we’ve bought 3 cars here? And I’m the one that gets F’d More

Had my car for 1week didn’t give a a rental car I had to personally rent a car and pay for it on my owe somewhere else but what’s worse is that after 1 weeks they said they can’t fix it because of other pre personally rent a car and pay for it on my owe somewhere else but what’s worse is that after 1 weeks they said they can’t fix it because of other previous car . On Friday, June 23rd, I purchased a pre-owned Audi TT from Germain Mazda. It was a cash transaction, and I paid full (over market) asking price. The car is a summer weekender and is not my primary vehicl from Germain Mazda. It was a cash transaction, and I paid full (over market) asking price. The car is a summer weekender and is not my primary vehicle. It is in great condition, and I am enjoying it very much. The only issues I had were the following. On the day after I purchased the car, I wanted to check the air filter to make sure it was clean or had been replaced as part of their used vehicle prep (I never received a list of items checked and/or addressed as they claim to do). When pulling the hood release, the release handle simply pulled off. The plastic stem that inserts into the receiving latch release had clearly been damaged. Additionally, the car had a professionally installed drivetrain performance package, and I had seen the original receipt for this modification with parts listed in the glovebox when I originally viewed the car. They had been removed when I picked the car up. I spoke with the salesman on Saturday June 24th, the day after purchase to voice concern over both the broken latch and the missing receipt. He indicated that the receipt was removed because it contained personal information about the previous owner. I told him I understood and simply wanted the product information, and to please make a copy with the personal information redacted or covered when copying. He assured me he would call me back the following Monday to address both my concerns. Today is July 27th, and I have yet to hear back from anyone at Germain related to my requests and issues. So net net is if you buy a car from Germain, get everything you need or request before you write the check, because it will be crickets afterward. More
