Him, along with his manager Jeremy worked hard to get me a fair appraisal. Even when the offer was too low, the customer service did not stop. Greg helped me locate used Jeeps on their database. We found one at another Germain location. Weer traveled over to Lexus of Dublin top look at the Jeep. Greg worked hard for me to get me the price i wanted for my car. I sold my car and purchased a Jeep that day. The dealership did a last safety checkup on the Jeep. Two days latest i picked it up. Greg Welter met me at the dealership (ON HIS DAY OFF) to ensure everything went smoothly for me. I was very pleased with the service i received from Greg and his managers. I was really low-balled by two other dealerships so I was wary. We gave the sales person the number we needed to seal the deal and he made it work.
