Both Terry and Damon were a pleasure to deal with, despite me having multiple issues. They were both patient and sympathetic to my issue after dealing with Nissan dealer in Newark. I ended up back at the dealer a couple of weeks later to get a maintenance issue taken care of, and Terry remembered me when I walked by his desk and talked to me about my Mazda. The vehicle selection and test driving experience was seamless. Waiting to complete the signing of all the paperwork was lengthy. Arrived at 11:30 to select vehicles to test drive; left at 3:30. THANKS, Rusty and The Germain Mazda dealership Bought a Mazda from a different dealership nights prior, and since they weren't a certified Mazda dealer I did not receive much information on my Mazd Bought a Mazda from a different dealership nights prior, and since they weren't a certified Mazda dealer I did not receive much information on my Mazda vehicle. Concerned, I called Germain Mazda knowing they were a certified dealership and would know my CX-5 well. Assuming they would not help because I did not purchase with them, they COMPLETELY took me by surprise and were the most helpful people. A gentleman named Rusty Wilson stopped everything he was doing because I needed help with my vehicle. Rusty even stayed late to explain vehicle features which I was unsure about, took me for a test drive to explain the ride and best ways to use vehicles features. With a cold dinner on his desk he ignored all his plans to stay and set me up for an appointment for a small cosmetic repair. I was blown away by Russell (Rusty's) kindness in helping me. I will definitely be servicing my car there if ever an issue. Everyone was so helpful. Extremely friendly, honest people who are compassionate in willing to help. LOVE Germain Mazda! More
