My only issue is that when I get back into my car ALL of the settings have been changed: seat position - The service was great and Beverlyis awesome. My only issue is that when I get back into my car ALL of the settings have been changed: seat position - height, backwards, seat back, air conditioner temperature, and even the steering wheel position ( I had to get out the book to figure out how to return it to the position I prefer). Excellent Service After purchasing our 2018 RX350, we brought the vehicle in to have Smart Shield protection. Upon arrival we met with our Service Consultant (Beverly C After purchasing our 2018 RX350, we brought the vehicle in to have Smart Shield protection. Upon arrival we met with our Service Consultant (Beverly Coppola) and she immediately set us up with an RX350 (loaner vehicle). Since we live in Fort Myers, we decided to make a day of it and do some shopping and have lunch in the Naples area. Shortly after returning to Germain, our vehicle was ready. Beverly could not have been nicer. Her efficiency and attention to detail was obvious. She is only one example of why we switched to Lexus and purchased with Germain even though there is a dealer in Fort Myers. In our opinion, Beverly was the best Service Consultant at any dealership we ever went to for service. We look forward to many more years with Germain. More

When I met Beverly Coppola she sat down with me and asked what I was in for. When I told her I needed much more than an oil and filter change she quickly asked me if I’d like a loaner car! She kept me well informed and explained everything. She was a truly the best service advisor I have ever worked with! More
