We had such a great buying experience with the help of John Azarow, our salesman and Eddie Vasco the sales manager. When I first contacted Germain Lexus I was put in touch with Mr. John Azarow. We live about 9 hours away in Northwest Florida, so I was very forward about the price point we would be interested in and needing to know all the information ahead of time if we were going to make this trip. John was awesome! He helped with the things I asked and also helped me with things I hadn’t even thought of yet. He put me in contact with his manager Mr. Eddie Vasco to ask any lingering questions and to see if we could agree on a price. Eddie was great as well! My husband had a specific concern on whether the car had any paint work done on it. Just because a vehicle has a clean Carfax that doesn’t mean that it hasn’t been in an unreported fender bender. When asked he offered to pull up the Repair Order that they have for every used vehicle they have up for sell. Imagine my surprise while he read it to see if they had done any paint work, he mentioned the things they had done… New tires, alignment, new battery, new a/c filter, oil change and filter change, new wiper blades, and they even replaced a few worn out hoses! I couldn’t believe it. The van was an even a better deal than I could have expected... He said that it was standard for their dealership to do those things with trade ins. That was over and beyond what I would have expected any dealership to do. And I wouldn’t have found out about those things if I hadn’t asked about the paint. But alas, there had been no paint work. But Eddie didn’t leave it at that, he informed me that they have a special meter that measures the thickness of the paint and that they could use that to see if any of the panels had been repainted. He said to give him 10-15 minutes and he would have John pull it around and Eddie himself would check the paint. Sure enough, about 10 minutes later he called me back. This was on a Tuesday. We wouldn’t be able to get down there until Friday. But this level of service continued through the week and we were blown away even once we got down to Naples. Once we arrived John met us with a big smile, and he took us out to look at the van he had already pulled around for our appointment. He had never been in a Sienna until this on came on the lot and didn’t know much about it. But he did special research before we got there so that he could answer our questions and teach us how to use the different features on the car. He said that we could spend as much time with him to learn how to set our “infotainment system.” We spent close to an hour between the test drive and the features. In less than two hours at the dealership and we were walking out with all our paperwork and a new car! Through the whole process we weren’t pushed or pressured. My husband and I do not like dealerships. If only all dealership experiences were like the one we had here. Thanks John, Eddie and the Germain Lexus family! Sincerely, Richard and Dana S. More

Amazing customer service! Let me first start by saying that this was my first ever car purchase and needless to say I was really dreading it! I wasn’t even really considering a Lexus as I always assumed they were out of my budget but the guys at Lexus Germain were amazing at helping me find an affordable option that was also my dream car! John was the sales consultant and I could not have asked for a better experience. He was kind, not pushy or pressuring, and he listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. He truly made me feel like family and I felt completely comfortable that he wouldn’t steer me wrong. After several test drives and seeing all my color options in person, I finally decided on a car. Even the negotiation process was painless! Eddie was the sales manager and I have to say I don’t think I have ever met anyone who is a better listener! Eddie was amazing to work with and he made me feel very comfortable with the process. Personally I don’t think I will ever have such an amazing customer service experience again, unless they are still there in 10+ years when I look for another car! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am actually looking forward to my first service at Lexus Germain so I can swing by and say hi to everyone! More
