I cannot say enough about the ease of doing business and the relaxed but professional atmosphere they have there. Every single person we had to deal with from Carmen our sales consultant to Eddie Vasco the manager and of course the very professional Business Manager Will. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in my 40 plus years of purchasing vehicles and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Lexus to go to see the fine people at Germain Lexus. Kudos to the Germain team! More

Outstanding customer service from all team members I stopped by to change my battery for a car I purchased pre owned a couple of years ago that just died. Shawn went above and beyond accommodating me I stopped by to change my battery for a car I purchased pre owned a couple of years ago that just died. Shawn went above and beyond accommodating me in such short notice (I had no appointment), he truly made me feel like a valuable customer. Also, I’ve been eye balling a pre owned RX for next year, Shawn introduces me to Chad who took the time to show me a few vehicles, and was extremely patient and courteous knowing I wasn’t prepared to purchase anything today. I will be sure to come back to Germain lexus for my vehicle needs, especially when the time comes for my next purchase! More
