My tire was still under warranty thru my home dealer, but they don’t participate in the Lexus tire program. No problem - Germain contacted my home dealer, replaced the tire and made arrangements for reimbursement on return. Also gave me a brand new loaner - 2025 300h, which is the vehicle I was looking to replace my 2016 ES 350 with! The only downside was that i was left with the impression that my home dealer service was not as good. More
