I came in with a dead battery and Joe Cosa took me immediately. He explained what was going to happen, arranged for transportantion home and review the work that was done when I returned. He took time, something not experieced today and I compliment him on that. he even walked me to my car and said to call him if I had any question and to see him when i return for a tuneup. Shawn Chapman is the Service Manager we have dealt with over the last ten years. This continuity has allowed us to be assured that we will get prompt and professional service every time we need it. We recently took our SC430 in for an oil change, but Shawn went further and did a safety inspection which showed we had some very dangerous tires on the rear of the car. Instead of setting up another service appointment, he provided us with a loaner car, and had everything resolved by the next afternoon. This is the kind of service that we have come to expect from Shawn and Lexus of Naples. It is this excellent service that keeps us coming back. More

The Sales Manager and Financial Manager went the extra mile to "give me a good deal" and make sure that I was satisfied and that everything was properly taken care of in doing the lease arrangement. Would recommend them very highly and would readily return for future business. I also very much appreciated their adapting to my time schedule and making themselves available at the times that they did. The new car service was prompt. The service agent came to meet me and gave me a list of personalization items to check and return to him. He had the settings all done in less than 30 minutes and I was able to drive the car home that afternoon. I grade everyone involved as EXCELLENT. More
