Quality of Work (n/a): since we did not have any work done this question is not applicable. Friendliness (5): our salesman, Joe Caso was friendly and personable from the outset and made us feel at ease in looking for a new car. In our test drive of the RX350 he spent a lot of time to go over every feature of the car and when we came to pick up the new car he linked out cell phones to the Blue Tooth system in the car. He also programmed stations for our radio both FM and SAT. The next day he came to our home and linked our garage door remote to the car and even linked our other garage door remote to our other car. Overall Experience (5): in addition to the above, the other employees at the dealership; i.e., the finance manager, the general manager and others were friendly and very receptive. The cleanliness of the dealership was impeccable from showroom to the restrooms and snack area. We felt that Germain Lexus was a class act and probably the best that we have experienced in the many years of purchasing or leasing a car. Price (5): we feel that we received a great deal on the RX350. We have a relative who can obtain a GM employee discount for us if we were to purchase a GM car. We had negotiated a deal on a 2010 Cadillac SRX but the monthly payment on the Lexus was less than the payment on the SRX even with the GM discount so overall we received a better price on a better car. More

This is the third new car I've purchased, but the first Lexus. I hated the thought of having to car shop. However, this was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a new car.
