Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Even the employees that were not working directly with me were extremely friendly and made themselves available. Communication before, during, and even after the transaction was clear. Not once did I have to repeat myself or remind them of my expectations. The dealership is electronically friendly, which is great for correspondence, documentation, service appointments, etc. My visit was to buy new and trade-in, and the paperwork was a breeze. Chuck handled the trade-in, which was not a Toyota/Lexus yet he still had a great deal of knowledge re the manufacturer. Mike learned about my future trip to NYC for the marathon and immediately had a hotel recommendation. Frank, poor Frank, had to sit in the car with me while I tried to speak acceptable bluetooth language. Frank, Chuck, and Mike were a pleasure to do business with-I would do it all over again. More

These guys (Dave Campasano, Wayne McLeod, MIke Lawson) went absolutely out of their way to help me select and buy the right car for me!! This experience began with Service Manager, Shawn Chapman - kind, thoughtful, and professional. He sent out Roadside Assistance to the location of where my '02 Lexus "gave out" - Carl was very quick to reco - kind, thoughtful, and professional. At the dealership in conversation with Shawn he suggested I look around at the cars they had on the lot, which I did. After much thought on the way home, in a loaner car, and time on the computer, I decided I wanted to trade for a 2011 ES350. Back at the dealership when my car was repaired, went for a test drive with Chuck. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. In the past, trading cars for me has been such a hassle but these Germain associates made is pleasurable. Trish worked her "magic" to get me the exact color and interior I wanted.
