Five years ago i experienced unfavorable relations with this dealership...however, due to persistent, efficient, and caring management and service personnel i completly changed my thinking. I went to get a tire fixed and left with a new (to me) Lexus SUV (used).....this is a vehicle i wanted five years ago, and although i only intended to fix a tire on my previous Lexus, i ended up driving out with the "car of my dreams"....with most special thanks to Lu Gani, Miguel Perez...and yur most wonderful service mgr. Shawn (?) For the past five years your people have made me almost feel like "family" and i look forward to going there because of them! What could have turned into a long-time negative impression of both Lexus as well as this particular deaalership, has been completely, drastically turned around. I credit this change to the wonderful people you have employed there. I feel that they are honest, reliable, sincere, and loyal to their customers. What more could anyone ask for! in addition to all that, i just LOVE the Lexus automobile, have wanted one all my driving life...esp the suv...and now I HAVE ONE.. p.s. i am 77 years old....so it is a real pleasure for me to be another "satisfied customer". He was very knowledgeable about all of the features that the car had to offer, and went above and beyond to ensure that the car was everything I wanted and more. Chuck is a great addition to the Germain Lexus team and an overall great person to work with. I also must sing praise to Mike Lawson who made the financing portion both fun and entertaining, he too far surpassed my expectations taking time to answer every question (trust me there were a lot) and explained every step of the process.
