I must say that my overall experience with Germain Lexus was excellent! I started to look at cars with Greg Libutti with my dad and mother back in Feb 2012. He was low pressure informative, concerned about our needs and a nice person to deal with.My folks were serious about buying a car after a wonderful experience with their 2005 Lexus LS430 they purchased from Germain back in 2007.After talking to Greg numerous times, test drives,questions asked and answered, we were close to making a deal on a new LS or ES, when tragedy occurred, my dad passed away.I informed him of what happened,what followed can't be taught in Sales books or seminars. His sincerity,compassion and general concern for my family will never be forgotten. I tell you all of this because I just purchased a new loaded 2013 ES350 for my mother from Greg on Sept 10,2012. Yes, we looked at other vehicles, different makes and models, but we came back to Lexus and Greg for how he treated me and my family. I can honestly say Greg is why we bought the vehicle. Along with Mike in finance, and the other sales team members who jump in when Greg was not available I can assure you when it's time for me to buy my next vehicle (and I drive a truck)I will call Greg and Germain for assistance. I saw the Lexus Ct-200h on display at a local mall, and fell in love with it! I drove it the next day, and loved it more! I decided that the timing was not right to purchase(last March). Fast forward to fell in love with it! I drove it the next day, and loved it more! I decided that the timing was not right to purchase(last March). Fast forward to July...I received a call from the Marketing Manger of Germain Lexus asking if I was still interested in the car. She shared with me that Germain had a 2011 demo that they had discounted, and could I stop after work to look at the car? I did, and talked with Brett. He was wonderful and we had a great conversation about the car. As a sales person, he was very knowledgeable and personable and we got along well. We took the car for another test drive. With the discount in price, I decided to put a deposit on the car when we returned. I started working with Mike, the Finance Manager. He was also great! Very personable and kind, and we discovered that we used to live in the same neighborhood! I shared with him that I was in the process of rebuilding my credit, and he was understanding, and said that he would pursue several options for a loan. Mike called me the next morning, and said that he was successful, and could I stop by after work to sign the papers? I should also say that Germain Lexus gave me a good trade-in on my eight year old car, because after I had signed the papers, I discovered that I did not have the paperwork for my old car to transfer the title. Nonetheless, Brett had transferred my license plate to the new car, and when I asked them to put it back on my 'old' car so that I could go and get a title the next day...Mike said that the Lexus was MY car, and I should drive it home that evening! Next they took a picture of me next to my new car, and I headed home! I can still feel the feeling of saying goodbye to my old car, and driving the Lexus off from the lot. It was joyous! I still love the CT-200h in Daybreak Mica! I have many people ask me about it, and I tell them all to go to Germain Lexus and ask for Brett. Needless to say, I am not in the car business, but I have spent my career in the Customer Service business, and my experience in purchasing my new little hybrid car was a wonderful customer service experience! Thank you for your support of all of the staffing and training that goes into making these kind of experiences so magical! More
We are very pleased with this purchase experience. We were just asking Steve, who had sold us a CT200h in 2011, what this type of transaction would entail. He very carefully explained how the deal could be made and showed us the both ES and RX options available. We opted for the RX 350. We especially commend Steve for his attitude and help when, at the last minute, we changed our minds and wanted to have the Navigation System. He quickly found that a RX 350 that exactly fit our desires was just coming off the delivery truck and reworked out a transaction that satisfied us. Mike then very pleasantly and professionally took us through the paperwork (which there is a lot of). He carefully explained each document and we signed in all the right places. It was completed smoothly and efficiently. When we finished, Steve had both cars parked side by side so we could easily transfer our belongings from the trade in to our new RX350. All in all, we are very pleased with our new RX and with the way we were serviced during the whole transaction. More

The team of Mike Lawson, Brett Shields and Trish Cano were consummate professionals, articulating the best options available to me and providing me with thoughtful (and very friendly) advice. Unlike most car buying experiences I've had in the past, I felt they were sincerely interested in helping me as opposed to just making a sale. As I awaited my daughter's new car, I inquired about their interest in taking my Mercedes C Class for another IS 250 for my wife. It was a pleasure working with Frank from the very beginning. He listened to our needs and was most helpful in showing us the comparisons with the car we had seen in the ad in the morning paper and t beginning. We had been happy with DeVoe Buick, bought a Lucerne there but were not happy with what they showed us for a smaller car. Frank put me at ease, in the test drive, just what I wanter, smaller and easier to handle and I loved the cerulean blue metallic . We felt the trade-in price was fair and the price seemed to be what we were willing to spend. Your Patinum Service that comes with the car was special, but above all It was Frank's understanding, friendly manner, and seemingly true desire to help us understand what we were buying and how it was different from our bigger car. We had more or less already decided on an Acura RDX, but we had eaten dinner at Mel's Diner and were on our way home in our 2007 Lexus RX 350 my wife Judi said lets stop and look at the Lexus just for the h we had eaten dinner at Mel's Diner and were on our way home in our 2007 Lexus RX 350 my wife Judi said lets stop and look at the Lexus just for the heck of it. We entered the dealership and were immediately greeted by Chuck. I told him we would like to look at a 2012 white Lexus with light color interior and navigation. He said he had 1 in stock and he brought it around. We got in it and as he explained all about it I looked at Judi and she looked at me and we both knew this was the car we wanted. We sat down with Chuck and we agreed on a price which was about $9000.00 more than the Acura, but it is worth every penny. Besides all the extra refinements one thing that sold me is the legroom in the front. I have an artificial left leg and in our old Lexus I would have to keep my leg bent to the point that on a long trip I would have to remove it because it was so uncomfortable. In the 2012 I can stretch almost like a sedan and it feels great. Chuck stayed late with us and by the time we left we felt like old friends. Also he has 2 Doxies just like we do. The next day we came to pick up the car and Chuck made us feel at home while he did the paperwork and went out of his way to clean our expensive license plate frame so it looked almost like new. The we went to the business office and met Mike who was cheerful and friendly as he guided us through signing of the final papers and explained about other things we could purchase.
