At the time I was driving a new 2010 Premium RX350 that I bought new in December of 2009 in New Jersey. I stopped in this dealer to see if the new 2011 RX350 were in. I had been to several other Naples and Fort Myers dealerships prior to coming to Germain Lexus and was thoroughly dissappointented in the way I was treated. As a young consumer I was not viewed as a dealerships prior to coming to Germain Lexus and was thoroughly dissappointented in the way I was treated. As a young consumer I was not viewed as a serious buyer and felt as if I was bothering the sales representatives. Frank Smith at Germain Lexus came out with a smile at 6:55 on a Tuesday when I showed up, unknowingly 5 min. before close. I originally was in the market for a used small vehicle that was sporty, yet safe. Frank lead me over to the IS 250 and I fell in love. We test drove the vehicle and it confirmed my decission. Although, I liked the specific vehicle I test drove, it didn't quite have all the features I was looking for. Instead of the typical "sell what you have on the lot" attitude most dealerships have, Frank assured me he and the staff at Germain Lexus would keep their eyes out for the perfect car for me. I returned that Saturday, during business hours, and ended up leasing a 2010 Lexus IS250 with all the features I was looking for, including navigation. Frank and the staff at Germain helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a price I could more than afford. With Germain Lexus including free oil changes, car washes, and an amazing welcome packet full of goodies; I was more than pleased with my decision. I want to say that Germain Lexus did a great job in all aspects of our purchase for my wife. Frank smith was a great sales person and informed us of every detail we needed to know as well as made us feel a aspects of our purchase for my wife. He always would introduce us to the general manager and the finance guy. Frank then sat with us and went through all the setting with us to show us how the car worked and to customize all the setting to my wife's liking. My experience today with Germain Lexus was fabulous. We met David Campasano and he finished the numbers which we were thrilled with.David is super and nice to do business with. Next was Michael.Our financing paper work was well explained and Michael was super.He really knows his business and seems to really enjoy what he does. I've owned new and used Lexus's since 1992, they sell themselves. We are new to the area and I wanted to stop in to check out an oil change for my current sc430. While looking at the current stock, Michael Skidd was out there within seconds with a great big smile welcoming us to the dealership and introducing himself. I told him upfront that I'm not purchasing, just looking today and he was fine with that. We talked about my experience with all my past lexus and how I love them. I saw a beautiful gs300 and asked him a few question which he answered with ease and told me more about the newer technology, which is something I had been thinking about as my car was getting older. Bottom line I purchased the GS and traded my SC in. Michael worked with me so professionally with no pressure and made me an unbelievable offer for my old car and a great offer on the new car. He also made the sale fun, we laughed a lot. Germain Lexus is extremely lucky to have this personable, bright and honest young man as a part of their team. It's hard to believe he's only been selling for Germain for a few month. He will go far. Michael Lawson is also a real asset to this dealership as he make the closing and the financial end a breeze.
