I would like to thank Steve Duran in sales and Mike Lawson in finance for the best experience I have ever had in leasing a car. My experience was awesome from the very first phone call that I made to your dealership. I live in Orlando and was searching for a particular model, color, and interior. I was in the process of working with 2 other dealerships when I found that you had exactly what I wanted...the other dealerships were not exact color or had higher miles. I am so happy that I searched on the internet one last time before I headed to Jacksonville to purchase another car (different color than I really wanted). The 3 1/2 hour drive to get to your dealership was so worth it.........Chuck was great to work with...made everything so easy for me. Was able to do everything over the phone which was amazing knowing ahead of time ballpark $$'s on what I was going to spend plus knowing what my trade was probably going to be.
