We purchased a Lexus 2 years ago. We brought it in for service, not intending to buy a new vehichle, however, Lu Gani saw us in the service area and came over to chat. Through a series of non-invasive qu service, not intending to buy a new vehichle, however, Lu Gani saw us in the service area and came over to chat. Through a series of non-invasive questions, he recommended that we look at a 2010 Lexus ES 350 that had just been traded-in. It was a beauty, but the pricing seemed high to us. Lu talked me into making an offer and he said he'd work with the dealership to see if the offer made sense. Over a series of 5 days of offers and counter-offers, we reached an agreement to purchase our new Lexus. It was Lu's persistance and flexibility that made this deal happen. Then came, the financing issue. Mike could not have been more helpful. He explained each and every charge, and it was clear by the time we worked through all of the papers that this guy knows his stuff. All in all, the experience was truly exceptional! More

We went out late on a Friday afternoon to trade in our van for something a little smaller...We spend partial time at our Florida home and didn't realize that dealers close earlier in the South than our pr van for something a little smaller...We spend partial time at our Florida home and didn't realize that dealers close earlier in the South than our primary home up North especially when it is considered "off season". When we got out of our cars at approx. 6pm we noticed that it looked empty and saw that they closed at 6pm. Someone (Peter) was walking to their car in the parking lot and asked if they could help us and we said we didn't realize you closed on Friday evenings we will just look around and come back tomorrow. He stated No, you are here now let me help you, I insisted that we didn't want to keep him on a Friday night and we were looking to trade a car and that would take time etc...He said no problem we will help you now...Needless to say the Sales Manager (Trish) and the Business Manager (Cary) would also have to stay - and they did....they were wonderful after we made or selection they put everything together and we drove out at 8:30 pm in our Lexus...I have NEVER seen customer service like that before ever...there was no pressure at all, they let us look around and said if you see something you like let me know and we will work with you. They had no idea that we would make a decision that night and yet they stayed anyway...We are extremely impressed and would highly recommned and return to this dealer...way to go team!! We love our Lexus!!! More
