This experience began with Service Manager, Shawn Chapman - kind, thoughtful, and professional. He sent out Roadside Assistance to the location of where my '02 Lexus "gave out" - Carl was very quick to reco - kind, thoughtful, and professional. After much thought on the way home, in a loaner car, and time on the computer, I decided I wanted to trade for a 2011 ES350. Back at the dealership when my car was repaired, went for a test drive with Chuck. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful.
