I have been driving my old Lexus for 17 years, and actually visited the delaership originally for service. (they have been my service dealer since I moved to Florida 8 years ago. While my car was being serviced, I spoke with Greg Libutti about the available used vehicles. Greg was extrememly helpful and very knowledgable, without putting on any of the pressure that so many people equate with car salesmen. He was an outstanding sales professional (and I have worked with thousands of sales people in my role as both a salesperson and a consultant on sales performance). 3 hours later, I had selected a beautiful 2007 Lexus LS. Then Michael Lawson came into play, helping me determine the best finanicing and warranty approach for my new purchase. Again, Michael displayed knowledge of the options and explained them clearly and carefully. Both Greg and Michael were truly outstanding in their professionalism and knowledge and made what is usually a difficult experience very easy and actually made it fun. And best of all - I love the car. More

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Even the employees that were not working directly with me were extremely friendly and made themselves available. The dealership is electronically friendly, which is great for correspondence, documentation, service appointments, etc. My visit was to buy new and trade-in, and the paperwork was a breeze. Chuck handled the trade-in, which was not a Toyota/Lexus yet he still had a great deal of knowledge re the manufacturer. Mike learned about my future trip to NYC for the marathon and immediately had a hotel recommendation.
