I was in the process of working with 2 other dealerships when I found that you had exactly what I wanted...the other dealerships were not exact color or had higher miles. I am so happy that I searched on the internet one last time before I headed to Jacksonville to purchase another car (different color than I really wanted). The 3 1/2 hour drive to get to your dealership was so worth it.........Chuck was great to work with...made everything so easy for me. Was able to do everything over the phone which was amazing knowing ahead of time ballpark $$'s on what I was going to spend plus knowing what my trade was probably going to be. When I am ready to trade in a few years I know that I, for sure, will see what your dealership has available and will make that drive again in a heartbeat if you have what I am looking for. I was greeted immediately with kindness and shown to the waiting area. Mark was my service rep. and was very nice, explained what would be done and how long it would take.
