I came in to repair of a leaking Michelin tire which I had bought at this Lexus dealer. Mr. Caso told me the leak was caused by a razor blade but they were able to patch the tire. I was very surprised that my car was cleaned too at no charge which I appreciated very much. One of my least favorite things to do is to buy a car...seriously. Between my husband and myself we have purchased 7 Lexus vehicles from Germain...all new. A week ago I walked in to inquire about trading mine in and walked out in less than an hour with my vehicle of choice on order and all details taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lu knew I was not the type to stick around and he made it happen. Today I went in to drop off the old and pick up the new and again...in and out in less than 1hr with all paperwork done, options reviewed, keys in hand.
