I went in just to see and came out buying not one but two new vehicles. The service we were afforded by Chuck K. was nothing short of incredible. I told him up front I would have rather gone through a root canal with novocain than go through the car buying process but he made it a relatively pleasant experience. I worked him over pretty hard both personally and on the deal. He was ready to respond at every turn and, while not under committing, he easily over delivered (usually sales people do just the opposite). I visited three (3) other dealerships with different brands before settling on the Lexus brand and Germain in Naples. There was but one small hiccup on Cathy's purchase and Chuck was again there to provide some understanding and perspective for her. Beverly was wonderful accommodating us with an appointment and getting us done in time for our annual holiday road trip. She worked with us to find a suitable set of services that fit our holiday-time budget and letting us know what we should have serviced moving into 2014.
