I had a terrible experience at the Germain Lexus Service Department in Naples. I brought my car in for scheduled work and sat there for three hours while they told me the service was being completed. They even charged my credit card and handed the car back like everything was done. But when I got home, I realized none of the work was actually completed. I had to return a week later just to get the job done properly. Completely unacceptable - they wasted my time and took my money without performing the service.
