I had 24 years very bad experience with this dealer especially with service scammer Manager Shawn . As soon as 4 year warranty expired, evil Shawn started scamming me, I’m dead sure he did to other cus especially with service scammer Manager Shawn . As soon as 4 year warranty expired, evil Shawn started scamming me, I’m dead sure he did to other customers as wells.long story short, followings are few data I really want to share with others. Service mngr Shawn was unsuccessful (intentionally) fixing my new car driver seat motor noise in every 6-8 month of period ( every oil change) time frame, & as soon as warranty expired Shawn was demanding me $ 1,200.00 to replace new motor of seat. I didn’t buy it, and since then I didn’t believe whatever he said. At every oil changes, he tried to sell $ 50-90 to $ 7,500.00 worth of services to me which were mostly unnecessary. ( he think I’ve zero knowledge with cars) I did just said heavy No & went to other honest mechanics with much lower reasonable prices than Germin lessex dealer Quote. More
