A Very Pleasant Experience I bought my first Lexus in December and other than the initial dealer prep this was my very first experience with the service department. Carrie Rick I bought my first Lexus in December and other than the initial dealer prep this was my very first experience with the service department. Carrie Rickard greeted me with a big smile shortly after I arrived in the service lounge and asked if I had any problems with the car. I informed her that the car was running beautifully and all I needed was the routine service. She told me that it would take approximately an hour and suggested I have some coffee and something to eat while I waited. She made me feel very special and I really appreciated that. I have owned other luxury cars in the past but was always given the "take a number and wait" routine when I brought the car in for service. Great Service Again I've been having my autos serviced exclusively at Germain since 2003 when I purchased my first SUV from them. Dawn Slanec has been my primary Service Consultant for as long as I can remember. I have always received outstanding service since day one. This service was no different. I had to call Shawn a week in advance to bringing my vehicle in for service because there was work to be done on my wheels which involved the paint shop. Dawn called and informed me that I needed front brakes and there was a leak in my power train which was covered under the extended warranty. They needed to keep my car for a extra day to do all the repairs. My car would not be ready until Saturday. Dawn would not be there but informed me that Carrie would assist me when I came to pick up my vehicle. Just like clock work Carrie called on Saturday and informed me that my car was ready and I picked it up. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional as usual. More

The only negative was that it was the end of the month so I had to wait to get my paperwork completed longer than I would like, but I would reccomend Germain Lexus to anyone! More
