It was time for my car to be serviced and I chose Germain Lexus of Naples. The facilities are wonderful, lovely waiting area for service clients with many amenities. The staff was very helpful, warm. I was provided with a great loaner car as my servicing was to take several hours. Danny Rusinik was fabulous to work with, stated the car problems, readily had a loan car ready and took some extra care. Car was returned clean, same day and is running well. I will return for my next servicing! More

In an age where no one seems to know what customer service means anymore, we are always over impressed when we are here. It is not beneath anyone to ask if you want coffee or water and to "check in" with you to see if you need anything. It is a team - never seems like a there is a competitive atmosphere with other employees. Joe Caso has always taken great care of us in his previous role in service and now in his new role. Chad Nesselhauf was the perfect combination in sales: he knew his products, but never made us feel pressured. Roger Roberts finalized our purchase and immediately made us feel welcomed and special. You leave there feeling like you have worked with a team of professionals. More
