Alyson explained what needed to be done, indicated that they had parts in stock, and secured a loaner vehicle for me. I elected to just wait it out. She was very attentive and checked on me while I waited to make sure my experience was pleasant. When the car was ready, she walked me to my vehicle and explained what was done. The service was excellent and the car is as good as new. More

Service Experience I had made an appointment to coincide with the Lexus rep's visit. I have had ongoing paint issues since 2013. Just prior to this I experienced a problem with my A/C. I called Shawn and he responded promptly and provided me with a loaner. Dan was assigned as my rep as Richard Churlin is no longer with Germain. He called me and got everything on track. Though somewhat pricy, the part was obtained and installed promptly.
