She is always on time, very professional and easy to talk to. I have requested Dawn as my service rep for quite a few years now --- because I know how good she is and she NEVER disappoints. Cannot recommend her enough to any new Lexus owner. BTW, this is my 11th Lexus in a row so I have had a great number of service reps in different states. Go to Dawn - you will not be disappointed.
