And then my first service experience was a special wiring for an electronic device as I requested at purchase. Kept my last Lexus longer than ever, a 2007, but it was time. Went to the dealer and there was my next dream car, a Nebula gray GS350 with light gray leather and black interior!!!!! WOW!! And Frank Smith, salesman, gave us a deal we couldn't say no to. SOLD! Of course, since waiting so long to replace the 2007 GS, I practically have to go to school to get updated on the technology… Thank you, Germain…. More
