Richard Briwn is an excellent service manager. But Germaine Lexus is poor at best…. I had 2 nails in my tires. They could easily have been plugged and on my way… instead the greedy dealer says No But Germaine Lexus is poor at best…. I had 2 nails in my tires. They could easily have been plugged and on my way… instead the greedy dealer says No you have to buy 2 new tires we don’t plug !!!!! I will never buy another vehicle from a Germaine dealer.
