Steve explained all the options that we had with little pressure to buy but with a thorough explanation of the advantages of each option. We were trained in the prelimanary use of all the electronics and technology and welcomed back for a second visit to refresh what we were lacking from the first training with all the new technology. A most pleasant guying experience for both of us. And we are always happy with the service provided by Rick Brown over the past several years with our previously owned Lexus.
