Great Experience This is the 4th RX we have purchased from Sean Kearney. He is the main reason we keep coming back to Germain to purchase cars. We called Sean at noon This is the 4th RX we have purchased from Sean Kearney. He is the main reason we keep coming back to Germain to purchase cars. We called Sean at noon on Saturday, August 18th because we received a letter from Germain indicating there was a promotion on selling our 2016 RX and purchasing a 2018 RX. Sean asked if we could come in that afternoon and he had the RX color we wanted and closed on the car before we left. We would not even consider buying a car from anyone except Sean. We are 70 years old and purchase numerous (too many to mention) cars over the last 50 years and never worked with a professional car salesman, like Sean, that never pressures us into anything. We love his low key approach to selling us cars and get the feeling by working with Sean he is extremely honest and has the best interest of us and Germain in mind. More

We were about to give up when I decided to call Germain. Fortunately we got Chad Nesselhauf as our sales man. I told Chad of the bad experiences that we had. I told him what we were looking for. He advised us to bring our vehicle down and he would see what he could do. This experience was just the opposite of the other two. Chad was great and the deal was fair.
