Tire Problem Bought 4 new tires from Germaine Lexus in July. In December I noticed that one tire had a slow leak. I took the crossword clue back to Lexus, expect Bought 4 new tires from Germaine Lexus in July. In December I noticed that one tire had a slow leak. I took the crossword clue back to Lexus, expecting to have to pay for a repair or new tire, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the new tire was covered by warranty and was free (minus a small tire disposal fee and balancing charge). The agent, Beverly Coppola, was pleasant, competent, and professional, and I was in and out within an hour. Good experience! More
