I took my 2009 Lexus in on Monday, to get an oil change. I was greeted promptly. John McCloskey was able to provide me with all of the information that I needed. He took me back and made sure I was comfortable. I, also, had the pleasure of meeting the manager, a very sweet lady by the name of Trish Cano. She made me feel very welcome. The whole process took about an hour. I even had an opportunity to look at some new cars while i waited. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
