Advisor Alex Depew was more than willing to answer my questions regarding past maintenance on my older model RX like the windshield. The first repair was a replacement; the second and more recent windshi questions regarding past maintenance on my older model RX like the windshield. The first repair was a replacement; the second and more recent windshield repair was the Cowell Assembly which was confusing. He also explained the need for all the additives for the big 40K service which has improved performance. I only wish the 2015 was still in production.
