When we finally went in, he was very professional, prompt and he knew confidently every response - and you could tell. There was no haggling on price. There were no surprises in financing numbers. They even offered us nearly 3 thousand dollars more for our trade than anyone else would. Not only that, but they managed to find me an interest rate better than the "top tier" that my pre-approved credit union loan was for! I've always had a great experience with Cadillac dealers.
