I recently purchased a used GV80 from Germain Cadillac of Easton. It was my first time pursuing a car online. My contact person, Rakiyah Reid was a “no pressure,” efficient, and friendly salesperson who answered all my text messages in a timely matter (Immediately). I appreciated her sharp, “spot-on” communication skills. Also, her trustworthiness and quick responses helped me to “seal the deal” on a highly pursued car in one day. I have purchased over 50 cars in my time; I was looking for a certain car for four months. I never thought of driving 5.5 hours from Lake Geneva WI. to Colombus OH. to buy a car. I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great experience with staff. I dealt with Garry Book who was laid back and did not pressure like some in sales. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle because I wanted another Toyota model and they are a Chevy dealership. The vehicle was immaculate and highly detailed before it went up for sale. Just wanted to give them a shout out and would recommend them.
