I would give zero stars if I could. Abysmal experience with Andrew in sales, and their finance person, I believe his name was Anthony. Andrew started out fine, but you would think we were buying a toothpick from Anthony. Anthony was on the verge of grumpy after we turned down their extended warranty and other sales offers. It was like we weren't buying a very expensive nice vehicle from them. The most frustrating part has been the follow through though after the sale. We have been having trouble with GM rewards and Andrew has just stopped responding altogether. GM Rewards has been terrible and just an overall bad experience. We would like to buy a home charger and apply our points to lower the cost of the charger, but rewards is not awarding us the points and their customer service is zero help fixing the issue. The right thing would be for the dealership to lower the cost of the charger by the points value and get this finished since it is not our fault, but as I said, Andrew has just stopped responding. I will not be buying another vehicle from Joseph Cadillac, and possibly not another GM. More
