Unchanged Deal This was the best experience I ever had buying a new car. We made the deal via email and phone. They didn't change the deal or try once we agreed. So many dealers try that once you arrive, with an oops we made a mistake stuff. Not at Germain, Brad's word was gold. He also did not short cut explaining the features. When I forgot some in a couple days, he emailed back right away, and offered me to stop in and go over things again. Very professional and helpful all the way, a service after the sale guy. Salesman was great. Wait for financing was not Our sales person Adam was awesome but the wait for financing was way long as the used vehicle we purchased went through the infinity location. I think you should be able to work with any finance person on site bobs matter what division had the inventoried vehicle. Overall though everyone is friendly and its a very nice place.
