My experience with Marc and Jason was the best I've ever received with any dealership....ever! I emailed Sales Manager Jason my "not so good and dishonest" experiences with a few other dealerships the weeks received with any dealership....ever! I emailed Sales Manager Jason my "not so good and dishonest" experiences with a few other dealerships the weeks prior and what I was looking for in a new car. Jason replied promptly with help and Marc Rieser took over from there. Almost the entire deal and communication was done via email, in one day. Marc and I finally came to some numbers I was happy with and frankly, couldn't believe the deal I was getting. I was able to get a decent trade in value and with no money down purchased a new 2011 Cadillac CTS Luxury package car with a lower payment then I was paying and my insurance even went down a bit per month. While at the delearship finalizing the deal I was treated very respectfully, everyone was great and all paperwork was explained detailed to me. After everything was complete Marc gave me some education on my new purchase prior to me leaving. I highly recommend Cadillac of Easton and especially Marc Rieser as your sale representative as the man will get you the best deal, is respectful, doesn't rush things and will work with you. I am now planning on working with Jason and Marc in the near future with a trade of my wifes car from the great experience I've had. These guys are top notch in my opinion and you're truely missin out if you don't give them an opportunity with your purchase. Thanks again Marc and Jason, talk to you soon. More

Buying from Germain Cadillac of Easton was an overall very good experience. The only negative I have to say is that their financing department was very slow on an apparently slow day. I called about a car seen on the internet. I had been to previous dealers and either I was ignored or they kept trying to sell me a new car, when I made it very clear that I was in the used car market. He was readily available, questions about the service report were answered, the car was cleaned as promised and ready as promised. No pressure, just straightforward answers. I really do not like shopping for cars and dealing with salespeople, but John Streifel has a genuine friendliness and I was put at ease right away. I saw the car I wanted online, and called to be sure it was still there. I was placed on hold while the person checked, and they still had the car. I feel compelled to let you know about my recent experience at your Easton Cadillac facility. I would imagine all too often you only get the complaints, but not this time. First and foremost a lit experience at your Easton Cadillac facility. I would imagine all too often you only get the complaints, but not this time. First and foremost a little history is in order. It has been ten plus years since I last purchased a vehicle and I would rather have open heart surgery with a dull butter knife then buy a car. That is until Friday evening Jan 7. After researching for months and visiting numerous dealerships, a couple of which are in your stable, I walked into the showroom at Easton, was greeted immediately, and had all of my questions answered and then some. Due to the snow falling I was not real anxious to take a test drive at night in the snow so we ran some numbers to see what it looked like. A good experience to this point, but enter Jason Dwyer. He made the already good experience into a great experience! I asked to come over the next day to take a test drive, to which he answered absolutely. He followed up the next day with no pressure just good follow up making sure the vehicle I wanted to drive was ready, and he and I spent quite a bit of time going over numbers and such after my test drive. I left that evening pretty sure we would close the deal which we did Monday over the phone. The car I wanted was at another dealership and Jason sent for it. When I showed up Tuesday to pick up the car, Jason had done some further work on my behalf and gotten me an even better deal. I was dumbfounded. I am not sure what comes after a great experience but whatever it is I had it, thanks to Jason Dwyer and his team. Further, I will promise you that whatever he gave up in getting me a better deal I will give to you ten fold in the form of advertising. None of the other dealerships I went into gave me the treatment I experienced with Jason. I doubt it will be ten years before I buy another vehicle and most likely it will be from Germain Cadillac of Easton. Thanks for an unbelievable experience. More
