We've been looking for a used Audi A4 convertible, bright blue, for about 6 months, and the online tools this dealer had enabled us to find it. Our search was nationwide, so finding this one within 200 miles of home was great. The dealer followed up with e-mails and phone calls, assisted with locating them as we drove into town, and went above and beyond to help us complete teh transaction that night (after hours) even though we had a complex need (we were buying the car for our Mother). We ran into the Owner of the dealership, Steve Germain, and he was a wonderful, down to earth, caring person to talk to. He spent 15 minutes with my family while I was taking care of the paperwork. Marc Rieser was my sale person, and he worked with me after the sale to get all the paperwork sent via FedEx. I will keep them on my list of places to look for any new or used car. Thank you! More

Went to Germain Cadillac of Easton on the second day of looking for a Chevy Equinox saw that they had one online and it fit everything that I was looking for. John came and we talked about it took if for a test drive and was hooked! John was very nice,sociable, and answered all mine and my parents questions without hesitation! When i got it home found that the driver side door wouldn't lock with the remote or when using the automatic locks inside. I called John and he set me up with the right people and even though that part of the car was not under warranty they fixed it anyway! When the time comes for me to find another car we will be stopping in to see John at Germain Cadillac of Easton! More
Originally, I called about a van I had seen on the internet at Germain but it had been sold already. I asked John S. to let us know when they get a similar car in so we could have first dibs on it. He followed through when a van was coming in by letting us know a few days before it arrived. John was professional and easygoing throughout the process and best of all he was not pushy at all. The van was just what we were looking for and was remarkably clean inside and they took care of a few scratches on the exterior without hesitation. Overall, a great experience. More
Car Buying process was quick, painless, and quite frankly, something I would do again at this dealership. Marc was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me into buying the car like normal sal frankly, something I would do again at this dealership. On the other hand though, I got a flat tire on the way home from the dealership, so i called Germain and asked them if they could help me out, They agreed to fix the tire. The next morning I took the car into the dealership to repair the tire at 10 am, and I didn't leave there till almost 1! Just to fix a tire! While waiting, the service manager kept telling me it will be around in a few minutes, and kept saying it would be done shortly. Final note -> Car buying experience = Great! Service = TERRIBLE I can't complain too much since it was done at no charge, but tire discounters would have fixed it for $20 dollars and it would have been 30 minutes. More

The price was a few hundred dollars lower than comparable cars in my hometown (Cincinnati), so after agreeing on the price, I drove up to Columbus and purchased the car. Everything was handled professionally and the car was exactly as promised. I would definitely do business again with Germain Cadillac! Great price, great service, personable employees - what more could you want! More

I am livid about my experience with germain cadillac of easton. I chose to have my vehicle serviced there, and in no way shape or form, in two entire days was it serviced. Over the phone bruce sounded like an honest legitimate service advisor, as i listed all the things i wanted fixed on my 2007 H3. He was very friendly. After my truck sat for 2 days with the initial problem still in question, did i choose to remove my vehicle from their serv dept. Come to find out, my vehicle was not even being worked on. I was told i needed a diagnostic done to determine if the battery was bad?1?!?! Yes that would have cost me 125$ to check my battery?!?! I thought autozone does that for free. Furthermore my vehicle was parked offchillerlane,in i guess their storing parking lot. evertime i called to checked on my truck the receptionist said they were working on it. I had asked for an oil change that was never done because they said that the technician missed that i wanted that done, i was completely lied to, and was stuck without a vehicle for two days for nothing. I was taken advantage of, or at least they tried, and i will never return to this dealership or recomend this dealership to anyone, ever. when i took my keys from bruce i asked what was done to my truck, he said, "well, we charged the battery". Absolute terrible customer service! More
I had to bring in my 2008 Cadillac DTS for A humming noise. Bruce Thomas and Matt Guth both let me know that the problem sounded like a Hub Barring and it was both front barrings had to be replaced. Luckly it was under the 5yr 100,000 mile warrenty. Both Matt and Bruce are great to work with! Bruce even was going to let me use his personal car if I needed to go any place durring my Apt. Now how often does someone offer their own auto to a customer so they can travel about while their auto is being worked on?
