This was my first experience with Germain Cadillac of Easton. They are a class act and I will definitely return there in the future to buy a car. I first went online at Germain Cadillac of Easton and Eric Williams became my sales consultant. He went out of his way to be of assistance to me and to make sure he answered all my many questions. I had many questions and he answered all of them in a timely manner. He was very helpful, very polite, very well spoken, exceptionally knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. This was without a doubt my best car buying experience in my life. Eric Williams is a class act. And so is Germain Cadillac of Easton. Mr. williams is certainly an asset to not only Germain Cadillac of Easton but also to Cadillac Motor Car Division. He is the best. Cadillac Division should be very proud of him. Kitty Hess More
The staff was excellent to deal with and the facility is very nice and clean. I hate when a dealership looks like a zoo, but this building is relatively new and very nice looking. My Wife and I went to Columbus to pick up our son at the airport and although we had been discussing a new car for Her which would do a little better in snow ,we had no intentions of buying one until we wal airport and although we had been discussing a new car for Her which would do a little better in snow ,we had no intentions of buying one until we walked into Germain with a couple of hours to kill before our sons flight landed. We have had a cadillac CTS for a couple of years and are aware of the quality and knew this would probably be the brand we went with in a SRX. While looking at the inventory Eric Ross came and introduced himself. My Wife told him we were " just looking" and He asked what She was looking for and He told her He had just what She wanted in the rear. After a short test drive I knew we weren't "just looking " anymore. After crunching the numbers we were the proud owners of a new White Cadillac SRX. We were never pressured at any time and Eric was very well versed with any questions I had. Since I have been driving I have purchased 36 new cars almost all from our local ( Portsmouth, Ohio) dealer. This is my first dealing with Germain and hopefully won't be our last.This is a very professional dealership where my Wife and I felt very comfortable and wanted at all times. More
My experience with Germain Cadillac of Easton was everything I could have hoped for. From my very first contact with their staff, I was treated with kindness and consideration. Marc was quick to identify what we were interested in and was very effective in advising us. The car that we expressed interest in was exactly as described and immaculate. Although we were importing our car into Canada, the entire deal was seamless and we would consider Marc one of the most proficient salesmen we have ever dealt with and this was demonstrated throughout the purchase of our car. I bought a certified used CTS from this dealership. I love the car, but the experience was not only the worst that I have ever had buying a car, but the worst I have had buying anything! I am actually disappointed in myself for buying from these folks, and let me tell you why: I was told by the salesman that a bluetooth system would be put into my car if I decided to purchase it. When I decided to make the purchase, he said that the offer was not for the car that I had selected because there was not enough profitabilty in it to absorb the $350 fee for the bluetooth. He said that there was enough "room" in the silver cts for the bluetooth, so I decided to buy that car instead based on the fact that the system would be installed in it. Shortly after agreeing to the purchase, the salesman recinded his offer and said it was no longer possible to put in the system. I was irate, but I needed to buy a car, so I bought it anyway. I cannot believe that they would not keep their word, and I cannot believe that a huge dealership could operate that way. The used car department at Germain Caddy of Easton lived up the the stereotype! If you can buy somewhere else do it. The car was delivered with some scratches on it, and the salesman said that they would fix them, but he will not return emails, texts or calls to set up an appointment to get that done. At this point I expect them to back out of that also. I will say one good thing: the salesman delivered the car to my house on his day off which was nice and very much appreciated, but it doesn't make up for the fact that they lied to me throughout the process. More
