Great place and ppl Found my jeep srt8 here and being 2.5hrs away Mike went out of his way to send me carfax, and pics he personally took over the buying process. Very informative and always kept in contact as they worked on some things they fixed prior to sale, even threw some extras in. Plus they got me a better loan rate than my f.c.u. which was awesome as well. I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or even return to purchase another car here. And again it's 2.5hrs away from me. Oh they threw in a free lunch while we processed paperwork.! Mike was informative easy going and very friendly as to not make it seem like salesman vs buyer. This time I worked with Brad Martinkovich and he more than continued the positive experience I have had with Germain. He helped me get what I wanted at a fair price. He was very personable and willing to listen to what I wanted to do. I would highly recommend leasing/purchasing a vehicle from Germain. They seem to care about their customers. Their service department is also top notch. I have been going there for years and they consistently have had my vehicle ready when they said it would be ready. My dad took me car shopping up to Germain Cadillac of Easton. Mike greeted both my dad and I by helping us out with my purchase of a nicely used SRX that I am absolutely in love with. The vehicle had a small part on the bumper that did need to be repaired in order for me to be ok with purchasing the vehicle. Mike stated he could most defiantly get it fixed for me if this was the car I wanted. Within a week later after purchasing my SRX, it was back at Germain Cadillac getting a repair on the bumper. Mike marked his word with making this happen. The process was smooth and painless. I had an amazing loaner Cadillac for 3 days while my car was being worked on. They even brought my SRX to my work to exchange out the loaner car. Mike is a genuinely nice guy! I would highly recommend Mike to help you in any vehicle purchase though Germain Cadillac.
