The best! Last Monday I totaled my car and my mother was flipping out at me for it (obviously) and insisted she be in every aspect of my next car buying experie Last Monday I totaled my car and my mother was flipping out at me for it (obviously) and insisted she be in every aspect of my next car buying experience. I rented a Jeep Wrangler in the time being and as soon as I got in it, I NEEDED a Jeep (didn't really care which one). She tried to convince me I'd never find something in my price range and INSISTED I get a Nissan Leaf (pls look it up). SO I went on CarGuru and found a 2014 Jeep Cherokee at Germain Cadillac of Easton for an amazing price and amazing mileage. Brad immediately called me when I inquired about it online but somehow my mother had already gotten to him (?). So I had an appointment made. Pretty sure I cursed a lot on the phone with Brad, sorry Brad. ANYWAY, went to check out the car with Crazy Mother and met Pat who was helping us out the rest of the way. This poor guy dealt with me crying in his office because my mom had yelled at me just before, got "the look" from my crazy mother several times and didn't even cry, had someone take the car out to Delaware to get looked at by my mother's best friend, got $400 off the car for us AND had the inside redetailed to look all shiny and beautiful. This guy took so much time out of his day for probably the second cheapest car on the lot and probably missed out on larger sales because he was helping our crazy xxxxx out for three days. Then we met the wonderful Pam at Infiniti who had to count all of our cash for our down payment and let me ask her questions about her life and my mother judged her painting in her office (So sorry, Pam...). We didn't leave until late but everything was taken care of so fast, these guys were the best. Also, Ryan was fantastic. He came down to talk to us for awhile and I wanted him to be my best friend. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had and most memorable. And again, thank you Pat for my bomb xxx Jeep and letting me cry in your office and you are the OG of Cadillac hair. All I needed to do was give them the Germain Cadillac service started by providing a friendly person to greet you and take your car right on the spot. All I needed to do was give them the keys and off to the mall I went. When they were finished with my car they called and said I could come get it at my convenience. When I picked up my vehicle all I did was sign a paper and they handed me my keys. It was definitely friendly, fast and efficient! More
