Thank you for voicing your concerns regarding your AS-IS vehicle purchase. At the time of your purchase in May 2024, 2 of the tires measured less than 4/32 so we replaced them, the other tires passed our safety inspection. You visited multiple times before your purchase, and were satisfied with the price, condition, and operation of the vehicle. Upon taking your vehicle to another automotive supplier due to a shimmy, pulling to the right and a loose splash guard they recommended work. We explained the vehicle was not sold to you in this condition, and we are unable to accept liability for these repairs’ months later. We are sorry this doesn’t meet your expectations. Mr. Quinn, I haven't bought a car from a dealership in almost 20 years as I usually buy from private owners, but working with Lynn and Zach was very easy and appreciated. They were both straightforward, professional and listened to my needs and answered all my questions.
