Came in with a defective tire. Service rep Jeremy Bongle and helpers Nadia and Alex did great work in not only replacing the tire, but squeezing in a needed service appointment. I purchased a 2022 BMW X3 M40i from Germain. My salesperson was Derrick Brady.
