My car broke down on a a Friday evening so I had it towed to the dealership and left there. I left a message for my service advisor Jeremy Bongle letting him know the car was there. The dealership was close to the dealership and left there. I left a message for my service advisor Jeremy Bongle letting him know the car was there. The dealership was closed over the weekend, but by Monday at noon I was given a call and the car had been fixed (battery replaced ) and even given its next servicing since I was close to the time. It was ready for pickup and washed and vacuumed. Couldn’t get any better. More

Our first experience at Germain BMW was so positive. Ken Bednar went above and beyond to insure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He followed up with us until he found the car we were real Ken Bednar went above and beyond to insure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He followed up with us until he found the car we were really looking for. He was so helpful and delivered the car to the dealership closer to our home. He made sure we had an easy and positive experience. Our car has all the bells and whistles we were looking for. He taught us about how to set up the parameters of the car to insure a an exceptional driving experience. We interacted with him at least 5 times throughout a 6 month period.
