I was casually searching for a new car, and within 15 minutes of browsing online (no exaggeration whatsoever), I stumbled across a gorgeous, gently used BMW at Germain BMW in Naples. I mean, I didn’t eve minutes of browsing online (no exaggeration whatsoever), I stumbled across a gorgeous, gently used BMW at Germain BMW in Naples. I mean, I didn’t even make it to page 2 of the search results. Now.. I live in Atlanta, which isn't too far from Naples but it's not exactly around the corner. With a busy travel schedule ahead, test driving or even seeing the car in person wasn’t really an option. Honestly, I thought I’d just ask a few questions and maybe find something similar closer to home. Enter Derrick Brady. From the moment he introduced himself, he enthusiastically rattled off all the amazing specs this BMW had. As I started doing some comparisons, I quickly found myself in uncharted territory—I was about to put a down payment on a car I had never seen, never driven, and knew almost nothing about since I’d never owned a luxury car before. Talk about stepping into the unknown! Derrick was incredibly reassuring and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He gave me complete confidence in the car, even though I was essentially making a blind purchase on something so life-changing. My only real requirements? A car that wasn’t too big and one that would make noise if I got too close to anything (priorities, right?). At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—just completely supported. The craziest part? I had never even sat in the driver’s seat of a BMW before! I was totally new to the whole process of buying from a dealership, handling the finances, and figuring out how to get the car to me. I don't want to forget to mention the financial specialist who informed me about car maintenance as well. Special thank you to Igor Brazilier for teaching me more about the packages to help maintain my vehicle's longevity. In the end, I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car, and I couldn’t be more grateful for Derrick and his team's help.
