That was 19 months when I bought my X-5 Hybrid at Ft Myers BMW. I will check next time to see if that has changed. More

Efficient, reliable, communicative, and enthusiast are the best adjectives when thinking of this dealership! Mike Soles in sales was super fast and very communicative. Marco Pineros in finance was just as the best adjectives when thinking of this dealership! Mike Soles in sales was super fast and very communicative. Marco Pineros in finance was just as good! All communication was very efficient and I got the car delivered to my house! The dealer gave me a great deal and the car was in the exact condition I had expected when it arrived. Sebastian Murzanski in service even had the tech send me videos of the car as it was being serviced. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Though I had not met any of these guys, I wish I had. in a climate like what we are in now, it is expected that you will get terrible treatment from a dealer. No matter the brand. And usually, this is the case in fact with most every other dealer I have worked with. But not Germain BMW. Though I’m 100s of miles away, I will be making an effort to buy my next ride from them as well! More
