I tried to get clarification from him on an issue discovered with my car during an oil change and I was made to feel as if I was a huge burden on his time. Ultimately I feel he was not knowledgable on the topic and so my concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner. He ultimately gave me a snarky recommendation to take my car to another bmw specialist where I had been prior since "I trusted them so much." Felt like I was dealing with a child. More

Explained all features of vehicle and followed up to to inquire if there were additional questions. We could not have had better service than that provided by Max.
