Ken was immediately able to help narrow down my choices and gave me some options that he knew I would like, just from our short convo. The car he identified was perfect for me and the process wasn't intimidating like I thought it might be. Ken is very meticulous and detail oriented when explaining car features and makes you feel like the most important person in the building. He made sure he asked the right questions to understand what was most important to me, in my case, power seats and having cost efficient options. He found a car that fit my exact specifications and gave a few different options that fit my pricing criteria. hurricane Irma hit and before I could ever call him to tell him I couldn't make it down that Saturday, he let me know that my car was in a safe location and they would resume business by the following Saturday when I was ready to get it. I know that South Florida was hit pretty hard, but he still maintained excellent communication. He was even interested to find out about how me and my family were doing during that time. When I came to get the car that Saturday, he and the BMW genius, Anthony explained all the details of the new car as they had changed from my 2011 3-Series, and delivered a quick and comprehensive process for purchasing my car! Great experience overall! I will continue to make the trek down to Naples for such amazing customer service. I should also mention the business manager who did a great job and explaining the benefits of the additional coverages!
