Thank you Alex Soare Let me start off saying what a great experience my son and I had dealing with Alex Soare. He was with us on a Saturday for almost five and a half hour Let me start off saying what a great experience my son and I had dealing with Alex Soare. He was with us on a Saturday for almost five and a half hours and was able to "sweeten the deal" to get the lease done. Now for the negative part..... My original salesman (whom I first met in September of 2017) Mike Brin was the polar opposite of my experience with Alex. Mike could have sold or leased me a vehicle last year but blew me off which led me to lease a Range Rover Sport instead of an X5 or and X6. I stopped in this past Friday and couldn't remember his name and Alex was very helpful in figuring out it was Mike so I went next door to see Mike and had the same terrible experience AGAIN !!! This time Mike led me out into the lot and showed me the loaner vehicles for lease then left me there alone because he had "another customer". So Saturday morning on my way to the dealership I called Alex and decided to work with him instead. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW (but never Mike). Unbelievable difference in the two different (technically three) experiences. More
