I was lied to and poor service They have a new service manager. Beware! I have gone here the last 2 years for everything my bmw has needed from oil changes to any repairs or warrant They have a new service manager. Beware! I have gone here the last 2 years for everything my bmw has needed from oil changes to any repairs or warranty work. I've been very happy- until recently! I scheduled a routine oil change 1.5 hours before our dinner reservations. When I drove in, I was asked if I was getting a loaner and I said no, just here for an oil change. Then I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I explained that I had dinner reservations,and I asked if a loaner vehicle was available. I was told there weren't any. After 15 minutes of deciding whether I should cancel my reservation, I went and asked a second time if I could PLEASE have a loaner. The girl asked if u could have it back by 7 pm. I said yes. She had to get approval from the service writer. She then came back and said none were available. 10 minutes later, a loaner was returned. I looked at the girl....nothing. So we canceled our dinner reservation. Very unhappy with this lying and how I was treated. I will be driving further and going to ft myers for any future work. And I am due for a new vehicle next year - I will b buying at bmw in ft myers. (And at my last repair apt. I was told I badly needed back tires and my vehicle wasn't even safe to drive. Thank goodness o didn't have them put new tires on. My son is a tech for mercedes and he looked at my tires. He told me my tires were good for another 15,000 miles or so). More

Simple no pressure approach to buying ! I have owned a Mercedes , Audi and now two BMW's ! And during the past two months I have test driven them again along with the Lexus ! Why I waisted my time I am not sure .......there is absolutely no comparison to the BMW . But it's not just the car !!!! It's who I am buying it from . The salesman to me is the most important part of this buying experience......not only must he know the car inside and out , he must have some stability / long term relationship with the dealer . ( in other words , I want to deal with someone who has been working with the same dealership for at least 6/7 years ) In simple English , I was so fortunate to have been referred to Jim McGinn , that as long as he is working with BMW's , he deserves my business . More

Reality Check for Widows When my husband passed away this summer with our two BMW’s leased in his name, I met with our salesman Mike Brin, to see what I could do. He made a c When my husband passed away this summer with our two BMW’s leased in his name, I met with our salesman Mike Brin, to see what I could do. He made a call to BMW financial and told me all I needed was a death certificate and the keys and that BMW would take back both cars. I was so relieved that I felt it only right that I take out a new lease in my name, with a new down payment. What Mike and the dealership failed to tell me was that I would be receiving a letter two months later with a claim for $11,000 against the estate for the two cars. Apparently BMW Financial sells your car at auction, then deducts what they received from the current value of the car. Needless to say if I had known this, I would not have made the same decision that day. I find it hard to believe that neither Mike or his superior were not aware of this practice. More
